Course Information

Specific Goals:

1. Master a system for unifying and simplifying all aspects of aligner care: treatment planning, fee assignment, case submission, Clincheck development, and treatment efficiency. The TAPS (Total Aligner Planning System) will re-ignite your excitement about aligner treatment and make you practice a lean, mean, aligner machine!

2. Learn to treat most aligner cases in 3-6 visits

3. Train a clincheck assistant that will save you hundreds of hours a year

4. Implement Dental Monitoring with Dr. Waldman's personal protocols

5. Properly train a dental monitoring coordinator

6. Grow your aligner practice while simplifying your life and greatly enhancing your bottom line.

Location: Online - Live  (Zoom)

 

Registration: Please complete the online registration or contact us directly at TAPS@waldmanorthodontics.com. Registration will only be complete upon receipt of registration fee. 

 

Course Size: Due to the interactive nature of the course, space is limited to the first 6 practices that register.

Who Will Participate in the Course? Doctors, Treatment Coordinators, Clincheck Coordinators, Dental Monitoring Coordinators will participate in all sessions. General admin and clinic staff will participate in some sessions. 

 

Cost: 

• $9850 Per Doctor and Team 

• $1750 Per Additional Associate or Partner Doctor

Payment Terms:

• $2000 registration fee, refundable up to 4 weeks before the start of the course (receive $250 off  for payment in full at time of registration).

• Balance is due 2 weeks before the start of the course and is non-refundable.

Requirements:

• Sign up with Dental Monitoring at least three weeks prior to the course. Contact your local rep, or contact us for assistance

• Install Slack for Doctor and all key team members, we will use this for group communication. You will be invited to the TAPS Slack channel once you are signed up. Please contact us for any technical help needed.

• Please select a Clincheck Coordinator and Dental Monitoring Coordinator prior to the start of the course. For small offices, this can be the same person. For large offices, we recommend two separate employees. Please contact us if you need help assigning these roles.
